Skillinvest & Longerenong College is a not-for-profit Group Training Organisation delivering training in many Industry sectors.

As an expert educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students and preparing for and delivering training and assessment services in accordance with our RTO policies and procedures.

You will maintain currency of knowledge in relevant training packages and vocational industry, adjust/develop flexible teaching and learning strategies to assist students with barriers to learning, and develop strong relationships with students, staff, schools, and other stakeholders.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry, hold a TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent), and possess a current Employee Working with Children Check and Police Check.

We are seeking a trainer who has a strong customer focus and can work as part of a team. You should enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with people new to the industry and have the ability to create flexible assessment tools according to Workplace conditions and Training Package standards.

This casual position offers 12.5% superannuation and the opportunity to negotiate work arrangements. The ideal candidate will be able to commence early February 2025.

We estimate the salary for this role to be between $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
