Service Delivery Supervisor Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Delivery Supervisor to join our team. This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

  • Scheduling programmed works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by clients, identifying any variations.
  • Undertaking works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
  • Ensuring all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within the system and all relevant systems.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A mechanical or electrical trade certificate and driver's license.
  • A vehicle for travel within the region and conducting site visits.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, internal and external, and have managed subcontractors within a construction project environment.
  • Ability to handle high-volume work orders with strong administrative abilities to ensure accurate job management in the system.
