Profit Protection Analyst Opportunity

The Opportunity

Based at our South Melbourne Support Office, this role is responsible for identifying and monitoring all areas of profit erosion within the business.

  • Centralise isolated data to determine areas of greatest impact and urgency.
  • Identify eroding behaviours and processes, defining trends and anomalies requiring action.
  • Generate topline data reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure systems and protocols are robust.
  • Work with the wider team on the introduction of new or improved processes to significantly reduce profit erosion.
  • Assist with projects to build a proactive culture and staff engagement across the business.
  • Provide comprehensive and legible data for departments requiring evidence-based findings for investigations
Requirements

If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you.

  • Demonstrated capability in retail analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of Cube report building.
  • Previous retail experience within profit protection.
  • Ability to influence others to ensure the financial performance and gross profit optimisation is the primary focus.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
