The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Profit Protection Analyst to join our South Melbourne Support Office team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating profit erosion across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and monitor areas of profit erosion, centralising data to determine key impact areas.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems and protocols are robust, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Work with the wider team to introduce new or improved processes, significantly reducing profit erosion.
  • Provide comprehensive data insights to departments, informing evidence-based findings for investigations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated capability in retail analysis, with solid knowledge of Cube report building.
  • Previous retail experience within profit protection, with a proven track record of driving financial performance.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
