Secondary Teacher - HPE and Business

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to join our team at Mernda Hills Christian College. This is a full-time teaching position that is open to both experienced teachers and graduates, providing a fantastic opportunity to begin or grow your teaching career in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing and teaching programs to achieve specific student outcomes, using critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of students and demonstrating a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system.

This role commences in Term 1, 2026, and we encourage applications from individuals who are passionate about education and committed to fostering life-long learning. We are looking for someone who can teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the college's Christian-based ethos and plan for and lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students.
