Job Opportunity

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Case Managers.

This role involves working as part of a nationwide team, addressing diverse needs and providing support services like health care, rehabilitation, counselling, income assistance, and education services. You will work with clients who have complex mental health issues, including substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD.

You will be joining an expanding team of passionate and highly professional specialist staff, within a supportive work environment that provides clinical supervision, professional development opportunities, peer support, and management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 25-35 clients, providing specialized case management services to veterans and their families.
  • Continually assess the client's care needs, making informed suggestions based on their ongoing situation.
  • Liaise with families and third-party providers connected with the client to ensure a holistic approach to care is practiced.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with complex mental health clients.
  • Strong case management skills, ideally in mental health.
  • Qualifications and/or relevant registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, RN (Mental Health), Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker (AASW).
  • An understanding of the challenges faced by those who have served in the Australian Defence Force is beneficial.
