As a Physiotherapy Specialist or Occupational Therapy Professional, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to support individuals in their rehabilitation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Apply your clinical expertise to assess and develop rehabilitation plans for clients with physical and/or psychological injuries
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, employers, and medical specialists, to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those from the Australian Defence Force and Veteran community. You will enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve their goals
