About the Role

Interact is a leading provider of allied health services, committed to delivering exceptional care and support to injured workers in New South Wales. As a Physiotherapy Specialist or Occupational Therapy Professional, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to support individuals in their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your clinical expertise to assess and develop rehabilitation plans for clients with physical and/or psychological injuries
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, employers, and medical specialists, to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed

Requirements
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve their goals
