About the Role:

  • Support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work by applying your clinical reasoning skills.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that cater to each individual's needs.
  • Conduct various assessments, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments, depending on your area of clinical expertise.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that support clients' return to work or find new employment opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or equivalent.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate and demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
