Our hospitality venue offers an exceptional dining experience. The menu features a world-class wine list, crisp draught beer, and some of the city's coldest martinis.

The Dining Room at our venue is an electric atmosphere where guests can enjoy a unique experience. The space feels like theatre with sharp sounds and distinct art. Meat is prepared in full view, bathed in the red glow of the dry-age cabinet.

Our in-house butchery prepares and ages the beef served across all six venues.

Key Responsibilities

This role will focus on wine service and guest experience, with opportunities to grow into a stronger wine professional position and support the floor and bar.

  • Delivering food and beverages to guests according to established guidelines and sequence of service
  • Maintaining a section to our venue standards
  • Set up and pack down of the venue
  • Creating and maintaining guest relationships to ensure the best possible experience
  • Contributing to venue culture
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous front-of-house experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting
  • A genuine passion for wine and service, with a strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • A professional, approachable manner and a team-first attitude
  • A confident and calm demeanor, allowing you to pivot between roles with ease
