Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of CRM Data Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the data integrity of our Library-wide CRM system currently in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our entire CRM database.
  • Prepare information for migration to the CRM, manage the data post-migration, and continuously align CRM data functions with our business strategies.
  • Develop reporting dashboards for customer service teams and managers.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing and developing information management products and solutions for service-based organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in a data administrator role particularly in a Customer Relationship Management environment or function.
  • Highly experienced in developing reporting dashboards for customer service teams and managers.
