We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Emergency Nurse to join our team at Narrabri Health Service. As a Senior Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role within the Emergency Department team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Supporting and encouraging professional and career development across the team
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
- The ability and willingness to travel for work purposes, which may involve driving long distances
- Authorised to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the Emergency Department of their specified post-graduate qualification in Emergency Nursing
