We are seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering specialist care to clients with complex mental health needs.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to provide recovery-oriented care. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support clients on their journey towards improved mental health and wellbeing.

  • Clinical Skills: Gain experience in forensic mental health and develop your skills in assessing, planning, and implementing care for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, trauma-informed care that prioritizes the needs of clients.

In this role, you will have opportunities to build your professional portfolio, gain experience in short-term contracts, and work in a dynamic environment in regional Queensland.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • AHPRA Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Clinical Nurse)
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in mental health case management
  • Skills: Ability to work autonomously in regional settings, passion for delivering high-quality mental health care to diverse communities
