Lead DEI Consultant

About the Role:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in management consulting and project management, specifically in organizational Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI). The ideal candidate will have 1.5-2 years of experience in leading projects from planning to delivery, managing client relationships, and conducting research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, track milestones, and manage timelines while mitigating risks and engaging stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the consulting cycle, from scoping to delivery, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  • Conduct thorough research, document findings, and analyze data to provide strategic DEI recommendations.
  • Perform organizational policy reviews and structural diagnostics to develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps.
  • Design and co-facilitate workshops and discussions, creating tailored training materials, slide decks, and e-learning content.
  • Collect qualitative data using thematic and behavioral analysis, including de-identified notetaking.
  • Perform thematic coding of interviews and focus group transcripts using behavioral science frameworks to identify patterns and risks.
  • Contribute to client report drafting, DEI strategy development, and presentation of recommendations.
  • Manage, train, and mentor graduate staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Commerce, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English language proficiency, written and verbal skills (equivalent to 90 PTE score).
  • Minimum 18 months full-time experience in DEI management consulting, strategy, and project management, including client reporting, focused on DEI inclusion, gender equality, and intersectional equity.
  • Corporate experience working with client stakeholders within large corporates, understanding internal processes and systems.
