East Perth Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the full contract management life cycle, including procuring, monitoring, evaluating and auditing. They will also manage relationships with stakeholders and contractors, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
In this role, you will assist with procurement activities, including tender evaluation for panels, and maintain the contract management database, including spreadsheets. You will ensure that assessment processes for policies are being managed in established timeframes.
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate well-developed contract management skills, previous experience in managing government procurement and contracts is desirable. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in handling contract negotiations.
You will work as part of a team and also autonomously, ensuring seamless delivery of projects. In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate, convenient office location in East Perth, accessible by public transport, and full-time hours.
