The ideal candidate has a relevant university degree in transport, logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline and minimum 10 years of experience in transport solution design or supply chain strategy, with 5+ years in senior leadership. They possess expertise in commercial modelling, cost-to-serve analysis, and strategic network design, as well as proficiency in transport optimisation tools and analytics platforms.

  • Design and optimize national and regional transport networks using scenario modelling, route optimization, and service configuration.
  • Evaluate and balance asset-based, hybrid, and 4PL models to optimize for cost, flexibility, and service performance.
  • Embed digital capabilities, analytics, and automation into solution design tools and methodologies.
  • Drive quality assurance and governance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
