Senior Transport Solutions Designer
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a senior leader, you will drive the development and execution of transport solution design strategy aligned with business growth and customer priorities.
- Design and optimise national and regional transport networks using scenario modelling, route optimisation, and service configuration.
- Collaborate across Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure integrated, end-to-end solution delivery.
- Champion the development of robust commercial models to inform pricing strategies, tenders, and investment cases.
- Evaluate and balance asset-based, hybrid, and 4PL models to optimise for cost, flexibility, and service performance.
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree in transport, logistics, supply chain, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transport solution design or supply chain strategy, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation or optimisation projects across complex networks.
- Expertise in commercial modelling, cost-to-serve analysis, and strategic network design.
