Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Independent Living Team Member to join our team in the Supported Independent Living Program.

In this role, you will work directly with clients in four group homes, providing 24/7 support and accommodation services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support;
  • Coordinating respite and recreational activities;
  • Transporting clients to/from appointments and day programs;
  • Assisting with cleaning and domestic tasks;
  • Preparing meals;
  • Shopping for groceries.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in providing direct care to people with complex needs, preferably within a supported accommodation setting.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible and willing to work three days during the week and sleepovers (two to three times a fortnight) when required.
