Are you passionate about delivering mental health support to individuals and families who require it?

We are seeking experienced Clinicians to join our Contact Centre.

  • Triage and coordinate intakes and referrals of clients to regions for allocation to services.
  • Provide high-quality clinical services including assessment, referral, individual, couple, and family counselling, and case management to eligible clients.
  • Ensure risk assessment and safety planning is completed during intake calls and appropriate follow-up action is taken.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Qualifications as a registered Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Registered Nurse with full AHPRA registration, or
  • Qualification as a Social Worker eligible for membership of the AASW and eligibility for Mental Health accreditation.

You will also need to possess a Master's level Counselling qualification and registration with PACFA as a Registered Clinical Counsellor or with ACA at Level 3 or 4.

Additional requirements include working with children and vulnerable people checks/clearance, flexibility to work within a 24/7 roster, and being an Australian Citizen willing to undertake a National Police Clearance.
