About the Role- This position entails working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean atmosphere.
- You will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee drinks, food items, and other beverages to meet our customers' needs.
- Deliver personalized service, ensuring every guest feels valued and supported.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and other beverages while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery during peak periods.
- Maintain store appearance, adhering to standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent; knowledge of coffee preparation methods and flavor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
