Centre Leadership Opportunity

As our Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across all aspects of the centre. Your leadership expertise will inspire your team to deliver exceptional care, education, and engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate early childhood professional to lead our childcare centre. We are seeking an experienced leader who can effectively manage daily operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily centre operations, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Design and deliver engaging activities that promote children's holistic development.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
