**Job Title:** Console Operator/Customer Service

**Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Console Operator/Customer Service representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining site standards, and ensuring that our cabinets are always full of fresh quality products.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer-service experience, preferably in retail, and a background working in the food/hospitality industry. They will also possess positive energy, great attitude, willingness to learn, sound communication and interpersonal skills, and availability to work weekends and nights.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality service to all customers, following our service steps including upselling
  • Maintaining site standards - including cleanliness, merchandising and promotion
  • Ensuring our cabinets are always full of fresh quality products, baking throughout the day
  • Fulfilling online orders whilst looking after customers in the shop
  • Following all safety requirements inside and on the forecourt, with due diligence
  • Undertaking scheduled training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning
  • Following all operating procedures and standards
  • Contribute to achieving the goals and targets of the site
  • Supporting the Store manager in resolving any audit issues
  • Monitoring sales and stock levels across the shop

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous customer-service experience, preferably in retail

- Background working in the food/hospitality industry, fast food experience an added plus

- Positive energy and great attitude

- Willingness to learn

- Sound communication and interpersonal skills

- Availability to work weekends and nights

**Work Authorisation and Education:** All Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. High School (Year 12) is preferred but not necessary.

**Schedule and Salary:** Expected hours are 8-24 per week with salary $24.87-$41.42 per hour. Schedule includes 10 hour shift and 8 hour shift.
