Ensuring a pristine store environment for customers is crucial. This involves collecting trolleys from car parks and surrounding areas, sweeping shop floors, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and team rooms. Additionally, emptying bins and working across departments to meet specific cleaning needs.

About The Job

This role falls under our Proactive Services team, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleanliness standards. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure all areas of the store are well-maintained.

You will also have the opportunity to interact with customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

Key Skills Required
  • An ambitious mindset and passion for retail
  • Physical fitness is essential, as this role involves physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting loads between 5-10kgs
  • Flexibility to work in various environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and car parks
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm
