Job Description

The People and Culture Lead plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing the organization's strategy for employee engagement and development.

This involves workforce planning, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives that foster a positive work environment.

  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, conducting thorough investigations, and promoting a safe and respectful workplace culture.
  • Performance management, HR policy compliance, and employee relations.
  • Compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • HR reporting and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in an HR environment, and demonstrated capacity to perform a comprehensive range of HR generalist functions.

They should also have proficiency in HR software, intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail.
