Senior Medical Officer with Obstetrics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Officer with Obstetrics expertise to join our team. Our client is a leading provider of health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to rural communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary rural medical practice, with a focus on hospital-based practice and primary health.
- Manage trauma cases, general, and emergency medicine.

Our client provides health care to a resident population of over 27,000 people, with 64% identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander. They employ over 1000 people and support a wide range of healthcare providers, including outreach teams and visiting specialist services.
Requirements- Hold registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Be willing to work outside of ordinary hours and fulfill clinical on-call requirements.
- Hold a 'C' Class Drivers Licence and be willing to travel in commercial and/or light aircraft and 4WD vehicles.
