Job Title: Patient Support Assistant

About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Take patient meal orders and prepare and distribute meals in accordance with dietary requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient intake and monitor food safety protocols.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to infection control procedures.
  • Restock linen and stores as required and perform waste removal tasks efficiently.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also demonstrate a high level of empathy and understanding when interacting with patients and their families.

In addition, you should have basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
