Master Model Builder & Team Leader Role

The part-time Model Master works 15 hours across the week, responsible for building awesome LEGO models, meeting guests, inspiring them to build, designing unique play experiences, and leading events. The full-time Master Model Builder Team Leader oversees the team, task management, coaching, rostering, and training.

 

About the Position:

We're seeking someone with strong knowledge of LEGO design and building, an innate desire to inspire and engage guests, customer-focused experience, strong communication skills, and planning, organisational, and time management skills. This role is ideal for those who embody the LEGO values of imagination, creativity, fun, learning, caring, and quality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed guest expectations by creating immersive model experiences, lead and motivate a high-performing team, manage event logistics, ensure brand consistency, and maintain exceptional presentation standards.
