Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator/Quality Assurance Officer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will be based in Rockhampton, with regular overtime expected.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all products manufactured comply with Australian Standards

• Coordinate quality-related aspects of the production process

• Provide information to our ISO QA system in accordance with ISO accreditation

• Compile QA and QC data using document control principles

• Investigate product rejects and implement corrective actions

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Perform daily quality inspections of products

• Ensure accurate identification of products

• Support the training and onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

• Prior QA experience in a manufacturing business

• Understanding of Australian Standards

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

• Weekly attendance bonus
