Key role for a Senior Clinician Physiotherapist in our busy and vibrant Emergency Department.
The Royal Melbourne Hospital ED is seeking an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team of clinicians providing care for almost 30,000 ambulatory care stream patients each year. You will be working alongside highly trained staff, providing compassionate and supportive care for the community.
About the RoleThis is an autonomous and physician-observed role where you will provide advice and support to more junior colleagues while assisting in the provision of physiotherapy services throughout the ED.
You will have extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and have worked in an emergency department environment or advanced musculoskeletal clinics. Postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal, Sports or Advanced Scope Physiotherapy are essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are also required.
