About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our client, a local government body, in a secure contracting opportunity within SEQ. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for managing BAU responsibilities and IT Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user computing technical support, troubleshooting, and administration in a Microsoft desktop environment.
  • Implement ASD Essential 8 controls and Commvault data backup technical support, administration, and implementation.
  • Focus on key technologies including Intune, SCCM, M365 Security & Compliance tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Degree qualified or comparable experience and/or industry certifications.
  • Experience with SOE implementation and deployment in a large, complex setting.
  • MDM/MAM implementation (Microsoft/iOS/Android) and ServiceNow experience (desirable).
  • Experience working within an ITIL framework.
