Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy and managing financial processes across Australia and New Zealand.

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to lead the finance function, shaping financial direction and driving operational excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead the finance function, overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support business stability and expansion.
    • Provide expert financial advice and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
    • Optimise financial processes and reporting following ERP rollout.
    • Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance across ANZ.
    • Deliver actionable insights and modelling to support commercial decision-making.
About You
  • A commercially astute leader with strong technical accounting expertise.
  • At least 10 years of senior financial management experience.
  • Proven track record of stabilising or transforming finance functions during periods of change.
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills.
