We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our frontline Fuel team at EG Gloucester store. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and deals, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote EG products and offers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Operate point of sale systems and manage fuel and stock deliveries
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Ensure effective merchandising and stock control to maintain premium store presentation
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential
- A confident and energetic attitude, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach
