About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Deli Team Member to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a Deli Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the deli counter and prepare a variety of products, including meats, cheeses, and antipasto.
  • Maintain a clean and organized deli area, including the display cases and surrounding areas.
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are always available for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for food and shopping.
  • A customer-first mentality and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
