About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef to join our team at Spread Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing dough daily
  • Food preparation for service
  • Preparing pizzas during service in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Managing staff preparations, quality control, and kitchen rosters
  • Implementing and maintaining routine practices in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with pizza
  • Certificate IV Commercial Cookery
  • Experience hand-stretching dough
  • A team player
  • Efficient and organized operator
