Spread Pizza, a family-friendly 40-seater restaurant, is seeking an experienced pizza chef to join our team. As a full-time permanent position, this role offers a stable career path and opportunities for growth.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled pizza chef to prepare our daily dough, food prep for service, and pizzas during service in a timely and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory of produce & stock, managing staff preparations, quality control, and kitchen rosters, and implementing and maintaining routine practices in the kitchen.

About Us:

We operate Tuesday - Saturday, 5pm - 9pm, using a stone base and deck oven. Our menu is available at https://eatspread.com.au. We are located in a convenient area, within a 5-minute drive from The Gabba.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with pizza, a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, and experience hand-stretching dough. You should also be a team player, efficient, and organized, with a full-time permanent position on offer, along with a salary of $65k - $75k + SUPER.
