About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Water Management Assistant - Program Delivery. As part of our Return-to-Work program, this role will offer you the chance to gain valuable experience in project management and delivery while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support within projects;
  • Designing and supporting workflows utilizing the Corporate document management system for submission of documents for review and approval to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Liaising with our People & Capability team to provide basic professional advice to the discipline leads to facilitate productive working arrangements throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and recognition;
  • Undertaking business, financial, procurement and costing support activities ensuring application and compliance with corporate processes and policies.

  • Considerable experience in providing business services within a project or program management office;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate successful outcomes with stakeholders of all levels;

  • Sound knowledge of procurement and invoice processing processes;
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
