Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilities management specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional support to ensure the smooth operation of our office facilities.

  • Provide timely and effective support with facilities requests.
  • Travel to various locations to provide support as required.
  • Liaise with contractors and vendors to resolve facilities issues and maintain office standards.
  • Oversee office systems, including mail distribution, security pass control, and stationery.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and allocate resources effectively.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in an office supervisor or facilities role is mandatory.
  • Experience in project management and coordination of small works, repairs, and maintenance is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
