Aged Care Support Worker Job

Are you passionate about providing support and care to older adults? Do you have a big heart, patience, and a desire to make a difference in people's lives?

  • We are seeking an Aged Care Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide companionship, domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
  • You will be working with individuals who value their independence and want to remain living at home for longer. Our mission is to empower them to live their life, their way, by advocating for those who choose to live independently at home.

Becoming an Aged Care Support Worker

  • No experience necessary - we provide comprehensive in-house training program for personal and professional development.
  • Casual role with flexible hours starting rate of $41.33+ per hour.
  • Must be located within Toowoomba and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
  • Must have a valid Australian driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.

  • Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
