  • As a Home Care Worker, you will provide friendly companionship and emotional support to clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
  • You will assist with household tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping, ensuring clients receive the care and support they need to live comfortably in their own homes.
  • Transportation to appointments and community activities will also be provided, promoting social interaction and connection with the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalized assistance to clients, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Encouraging independence and well-being in a home environment, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their lives.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who possess a strong desire to deliver quality home care services and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support is essential, along with current Medication competency and First Aid/CPR qualifications.
  • Current Police Check and a reliable, registered vehicle suitable for work purposes are also required.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly seniors or those with disabilities, is highly valued.
