Speech-Language Pathology Role

As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan in various settings including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs
  • Provide therapy services for speech, language, voice, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Educate clients, families, and caregivers on effective communication strategies and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development activities
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (or working toward it)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a range of speech and language disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
