Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address a range of speech and language disorders.

Essential Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure is necessary.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or working toward it is highly desirable.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills are essential across a range of speech and language disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is essential.
