About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in NSW/ACT. As a key member of our quality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our projects meet statutory and contractual compliance requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with ISO and AS/NZS regulatory requirements
  • Identifying and managing quality objectives, risks, and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Providing guidance and support to project leadership teams to develop a quality culture that drives business improvement
  • Ensuring robust risk management processes are in place and maintained
  • Providing technical quality expertise and leadership to quality staff
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal obligations related to quality

We're looking for someone with:

  • Advanced Diploma or Lead Auditor Qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management, or Project Management
  • Experience in a quality management role, preferably in the construction or related industries
  • Quality assurance experience gained within the construction, transport, or related industries
  • Experience in developing and managing project QA management systems
