Job Summary

    • Facilitate discussions and negotiations when necessary.
  • Relationship Management:

  • Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Advisory and Consultation:
    • Advise management and stakeholders on strategies for enhancing communication and cooperation.

  • Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with organizational policies and relevant laws or regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role, with two years in communication, coordination, or project management roles in a similar environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with various stakeholders. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in relevant software/tools if applicable.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. High level of integrity and professionalism. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
