Procurement Excellence

The role of the Global Supply Manager is pivotal in crafting a supply chain that fuels our growth strategy.

  • Create strategic sourcing plans to mitigate risks and achieve target objectives for procurement.
  • Foster key relationships with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing models that maximize product value.
  • Cultivate compliance and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders regarding sourcing strategies.
  • Identify and execute cost optimization initiatives.
  • Conduct advanced quantitative and business process analyses to evaluate financial impacts of decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish SLAs and KPIs for suppliers.
  • Perform market research, benchmarking, and gather insights for assigned categories.
  • Develop contract documents and manage contracts to guarantee supplier performance.
Key Requirements
  • Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, contract negotiation, material or production planning, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity or experience working with aerospace components, strong ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • APICS certification, Lean Six Sigma certification, and excellent customer service skills.
