About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our BRAND NEW store in Port Stephens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
  • Support and collaborate with other team members to ensure business goals are met and the store is presented in an attractive and well-maintained manner.

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles.
