About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Science professional to lead our team in delivering innovative data-driven solutions to our clients. As a Principal Data Scientist, you will be responsible for architecting and designing data science and AI solutions, leading teams to implement advanced analytics and data science solutions, and mentoring junior data scientists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify innovative solutions using data science and AI.
  • Design and implement data science and AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Lead teams to deliver data science and AI solutions to clients.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
  • Provide thought leadership in data science and AI both internally and externally.
  • Assist in building up the Fujitsu data science practice, capabilities, and offerings.

About You

  • Develop and deliver data science and AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Have experience with MLOps using MLFlow.
  • Lead and motivate a data science team.
  • Mentor junior data scientists.
  • Implement data science solutions in Azure cloud and Databricks.
  • Have excellent knowledge of SQL and Python, with preferable knowledge of R.
