The current Pharmacy Manager is retiring, leaving behind a legacy of excellence in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As the new Pharmacy Director, you will have the opportunity to build on this success while driving growth and development through a Leadership program.

This role requires a driven individual with experience in managing high-volume dispensaries, handling 300+ scripts per day. You should possess strong professional patient counselling skills, a passion for networking, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

As a key member of the Frontline Retail WA team, you will be responsible for leading a core team of 22 permanent staff, including Pharmacists, Dispensary Technicians, and pharmacy assistants. Your goal will be to ensure seamless operations, maintain high attention to detail, and provide expert health advice to customers.
