Hotel Night Porter and Auditor Career Opportunity

Our hotel offers a dynamic work environment where you can develop your leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. As a night porter and future auditor, you will be part of a team that ensures the smooth operation of our hotel facilities during evening hours.

We are looking for someone who is eager to start their career in hotels or has experience in the industry and is ready for a new challenge. You will have the opportunity to enhance your data entry and computer skills, as well as gain knowledge of the auditing process.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, natural friendliness, confidence, and a willingness to work varying shifts, including nights. Additionally, you will need a valid driver's license and RSA certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities during evening hours
  • Assist with guest services, resolving any issues or concerns they may have
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural friendliness and confidence
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and RSA certification
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights
