About the Role:
- Making a transition from hands-on electrical work to a rewarding career in training and development.
The Key Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:- To deliver high-quality electrical training to apprentices (school-age and mature).
- To prepare, review and assess training materials and units of competency.
- Conduct site visits to support apprentice progress and success.
- Collaborate effectively with senior trainers and the Electrical Manager to ensure quality outcomes and achieve objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Trade-qualified Electrician with relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a flexible and approachable training style.
- Proven ability to supervise Apprentices in your trade.
- Capacity to engage and motivate diverse apprentice groups, including school-based and mature-age apprentices.
What We Offer:

- 76 hours per fortnight working arrangement.
- Opportunity for paid training to complete Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
