About this role

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services in an aged care facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive operational excellence through effective management of day-to-day activities
  • Foster a positive work environment by leading and developing staff
  • Manage finances and budgets to achieve organisational goals
  • Develop and implement quality plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing among staff
Requirements:
  • A strong business acumen with experience in financial management
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively
  • Aged Care experience is highly desirable
  • Previous management experience of diverse teams
  • Knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation, and continuous improvement
  • A passion for delivering high-quality aged care services
  • A commitment to Christian Values
  • Clinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly desirable
  • Current AHPRA nursing registration is desirable
