
Administration Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced team leader to lead and support our administration team in a dynamic oral health environment. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in high-level administrative management.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-level supervision and support of clerical staff and administration operations within the Centre for Oral Health (COH).
- Ensure the daily operation of patient registrations and Call Centre functions for the COH.
- Build effective business partnerships to ensure the provision of administration services for the COH in achieving a customer-focused work culture and improve performance in the provision of patient care.
- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience in high-level administrative management.
- Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of administration support in a supervisory/team leader capacity.
- Strong customer service focus, along with high-level interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality.
- Intermediate computing skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to use various information systems and records management systems.
